1. Do I need a professional dance floor?
Not necessarily! We can lead line dancing on grass, carpet, concrete, or wood. As long as there is enough flat space for your guests to move safely, we can make it work.
2. What types of dance lessons do you offer?
We offer a variety of dance lessons including line dancing, private lessons, and semi-private lessons tailored to your needs. We are experienced with 19 years in other various styles such as hip-hop, ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, pom, competition, Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, etc....
3. How far do you travel?
Based in Hartley, IA, we primarily serve Northwest Iowa and surrounding regions. Travel fees are calculated based on your location.
4. Do you provide choreography for special events?
Yes, we specialize in creating custom choreography for weddings, competitions, and other special events.
5. Is a deposit required to book?
No deposit is required to get on our schedule! We believe in keeping things simple for our clients. Once we confirm your date, we’ll send an invoice via Square for the total amount due.
6. What equipment is required for a dance event?
We bring our own sound system and wireless headset. All you need is a flat space for dancing!
7. How can I book an event with Midwest Movement LLC?
Booking an event is easy! Simply contact us through our website or call us directly to discuss your event details and availability.
8. What is the cost of private dance lessons?
Private lessons start at $30 for 30 minutes and $55 for an hour. Semi-private lessons for up to 4 people are $80 per hour.
9. Do you offer online lessons?
Yes! We provide online options for dancers of all levels:
