TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Services Provided

Midwest Movement LLC provides mobile line dancing instruction, event entertainment, and custom dance choreography

2. Booking and Payments

Invoicing: All payments are processed through Square.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.
Final Payment: Full payment is due the day of the event.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 3-5 days before a scheduled event.
Choreography: Once choreography work has commenced or video assets have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in dance instruction or using choreographed routines provided by Midwest Movement LLC, clients acknowledge that dance involves physical activity. Midwest Movement LLC is not liable for any injuries sustained during instruction or while practicing provided choreography. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a safe space to dance.

5. Intellectual Property

All choreography created by Midwest Movement LLC remains the intellectual property of Midwest Movement LLC.

Usage: Choreography is licensed to the client for the specific purpose agreed upon (e.g., a specific competition season or a single event).
No Resale: Clients may not sell or redistribute the choreography to third parties without written consent.

6. Travel Fees

For events outside of the immediate Northwest Iowa region, a travel fee may be applied based on mileage and duration of travel. This will be disclosed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

7. Changes to Terms

Midwest Movement LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
